1. General

The general terms and conditions apply to all sales within SOFIZARE, including shipping and payments. By making a purchase, you agree to these general terms and conditions. SOFIZARE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Agreement

2.1 An agreement is established after confirmation (payment) by the customer in our showroom or through our webshop.

2.2 Exclusion from article 2.1 of the agreement occurs if direct payment is unsuccessful or canceled, resulting in no transaction taking place.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices and shipping costs are in euros, excluding VAT. VAT will be automatically added to the final invoice for customers from the Netherlands. Payments are due immediately after placing an order.

4. Processing Your Order

4.1 After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped within 1 to a maximum of 5 working days. The goal is to dispatch orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM on the same working day. This is generally achievable, except on weekends or holidays. In our showroom, you can take the products with you immediately after payment.

4.2 If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Subsequently, any over payment will be credited to the customer. SOFIZARE does not operate with store credits. All orders and crediting are handled individually and promptly.

5. Shipping

5.1 All products are inspected for damages and defects prior to shipment.

5.2 SOFIZARE only ships with transport partner Post NL or DHL. The delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process will be followed.

5.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with SOFIZARE until the moment of delivery to the buyer or a designated representative known to SOFIZARE unless explicitly agreed otherwise. SOFIZARE cannot be held responsible for order delays and any resulting consequences.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation of an order is only possible if reported in writing (via email) within one hour of placing the order at info@sofizare.com.

7. Returns and Exchange Policy

7.1 Your order cannot be returned or exchanged except for a demonstrable production fault. COMPLAINTS. We do not handle the following complaints: Products with color deviations or dissatisfaction, as well as SALE items. SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned and will not be considered for evaluation.

7.2 All complaints must be communicated to SOFIZARE within 48 hours of receiving your webshop order or showroom purchase via email at info@sofizare.com. Include your invoice number, a photo of the defect, and the item number in your email.

7.3 After receiving your email, SOFIZARE will respond within 5 working days with a solution, often in the form of a replacement, exchange, or credit.

7.4 Items returned without prior notification or registration will not be processed.

8. Warranty

Upon receipt, within 48 hours, you, as the customer, must personally check the quantity and quality of the delivered products to ensure they match the order. If not, contact us within 48 hours via email at info@sofizare.com, referring to point 7.2 in these general terms and conditions.

SOFIZARE reserves the right not to address your complaint if it is not reported within the stipulated 48 hours via the above email address. SOFIZARE does not provide a warranty if the product has been altered by you or others, resold to third parties, or used for purposes other than intended.

For the loss of stones or beads, you can request a replacement if available.

9. Applicable Law

In the agreement, including these general terms and conditions and any resulting agreements, Dutch law applies.

10. Personal Data

Your personal data will not be given to third parties and will only be used to contact you about your order and to ship your order.
