SHIPPING PRICES €

For orders totaling €150 (excluding VAT) or more, shipping costs within the Netherlands will be waived.

For orders totaling €400 (excluding VAT) or more, shipping cost within Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK will be waived.

PRE-ORDERS

A Pre-Order is when an item is currently going through production and will arrive back in stock within a certain time frame. If you intend to place a Pre-Order with stock on hand items, we recommend separating the orders to ensure the stock on hand is not held back. Pre-Orders can only be processed if payment is made.

SHIPPING STATUS

We strive to dispatch your packages promptly every day! All orders received before 16:00 local Amsterdam time on a business day will be shipped out the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that during high-volume periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

DELIVERY TIME

Once a package has left our warehouse, we have limited control over it. Please be aware that delivery times listed are estimations only. SOFIZARE is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels, so please use a business address whenever possible.

General Shipping Information:

  • Public Holidays: Shipping days do not include public holidays.

  • Customs and Duty Charges: Deliveries to countries outside the European Union might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.

RETURNS

If a product is not as expected, unfortunately, it is not possible to return it, as we have a physical showroom where you can see and try on the items before purchasing.

In the case of defective items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will ask for your order number and photos of said items. Afterwards, we will let you know if the faulty items are eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that we only accept defects that were caused during the manufacturing process. Everything should be in the original condition, including tags.
