SHIPPING COSTS €

For orders of €150 (excluding VAT) or more, shipping costs within the Netherlands are waived.

For orders of €400 (excluding VAT) or more, shipping costs are waived within Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the UK.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order is when an item is currently in production and will be back in stock within a certain time. If you plan to place a pre-order alongside items that are in stock, we recommend separating the orders to ensure that the in-stock items are not held back. Pre-orders can only be processed once payment has been made.

SHIPPING STATUS

We strive to ship your parcels quickly every day! All orders received before 16:00 local time in Amsterdam on a business day will be shipped the same day. Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that during busy periods there may be some delays in shipping your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Once a package has left our warehouse, we have limited control over its delivery. Please note that the delivery times stated are estimates only. SOFIZARE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak periods. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave it. If not, a card will be left in your mailbox with steps to arrange a new delivery or collect your package from your local post office.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages so please use a business address where possible.

General Shipping Information:

Holidays: Shipping days do not include holidays.

Customs and Import Duties: Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur customs or import duties. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so we cannot cover them for you.

RETURNS

If a product is not to your liking, it is unfortunately not possible to return it, as we have a physical showroom where you can view the items before making a purchase.

In case of defective items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will ask for your order number and photos of the affected items. We will then let you know if the defective items are eligible for return or exchange. Please note that we only accept defects that occurred during the production process. Everything must be in its original condition.
