Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that during busy periods there may be some delays in shipping your order.
DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse, we have limited control over its delivery. Please note that the delivery times stated are estimates only. SOFIZARE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak periods. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave it. If not, a card will be left in your mailbox with steps to arrange a new delivery or collect your package from your local post office.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages so please use a business address where possible.

If a product is not to your liking, it is unfortunately not possible to return it, as we have a physical showroom where you can view the items before making a purchase.
In case of defective items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will ask for your order number and photos of the affected items. We will then let you know if the defective items are eligible for return or exchange. Please note that we only accept defects that occurred during the production process.
